How much does a diagnosis cost?
Nothing. It's No Fix, No Fee — we diagnose your device for free and only charge once you've approved the repair. You'll never be surprised by a bill.
How long will my repair take?
Most repairs — iPhone, iPad, Mac, PC, and console — are ready in 1–5 days after diagnosis, depending on the issue and parts. We'll give you a clear timeline up front so you're never left guessing.
Will my data be safe?
We treat your data with care and always recommend backing up before any repair. If you've lost files, our data-recovery team evaluates the drive first and explains your options before any charge.
What does the warranty cover?
Our repairs are backed by a 90-day warranty on parts and labour. If something related to the repair acts up, bring it back and we'll make it right.
Do I need an appointment?
No — walk in any time during shop hours. If you'd rather plan ahead, call, message us on WhatsApp, or request a free quote online first.
Do you repair water-damaged devices?
Yes — and it's one of our specialties. Liquid and corrosion damage is common in Guam's climate, so the sooner you bring it in (powered off), the better the chances of saving it.
Can you fix it here instead of shipping it off-island?
In most cases, yes. We handle repairs right here on Guam, so you skip the cost, wait, and risk of mailing your device away. For the rare repair that needs it, we also offer an off-island option.
What should I bring for a trade-in?
Bring cords, chargers, and accessories if you have them. Devices must be unlocked (phones carrier-unlocked, Apple devices signed out of iCloud), with personal accounts and data removed. We evaluate everything in its present condition and make you a fair offer in cash or store credit.
